Aromatherapy Herbs

I get really tired around midnight and head of to bed, but the moment I lay down my mind starts spinning with thoughts.

I tried taking a hot bath with relaxing aromatherapy oil, reading a good book, meditating, counting, relaxing music, deep breaking, medication (to many to name), and peculiar home recipes to help me relax.
But, the moment my head hits that pillow I just can’t relax.

Sometimes I will get no sleep, sometimes I will get 1 – 2 hours, but in the last 6 months I have only been able to sleep for 6 hours strait was when I hadn’t slept in three days, and when I had bad ulcers, and the doctor did a scope and the medication allowed me to sleep for 10 strait hour (which is probably not healthy either, but it felt so good).

I do help others and happen to volunteer at the cancer center which is why I get home around 5 make my little brother who lives with me dinner then volunteer every night for 5 hours. Then I come home and hang out with my brother. He is who I’m thinking of when I can’t sleep. He is so amazing and deserves a real mom not just his stupid sister, but unfortunately this amazing, talented, kind, smart, loving, kind wants to know why his mommy hates him. I love my brother to death and would do anything for him but how do you tell a child (or anyone for that matter) that there mother abandoned them to go get high. It’s different fighting for custody than actually trying to be everything a child needs. I’m not quite sure how to let him live and shield him at the same time.
